The program is available to small businesses located in the following areas.

• Co. Carlow
• Co. Cork
• Co. Kilkenny
• Co. Waterford
• Co. Wexford

How the program works

• Use the online form to submit an application to be assigned an adviser.

• Make sure to include details specifying the areas where assistance is needed. Examples could include:

• Marketing help
• Dealing with banks
• Coping with layoffs
• Motivating staff



• Also make sure to read the terms of engagement of the program listed below. The people acting as business advisers are doing so on a voluntary basis. While it is hoped that small business owners will benefit from their expertise and experience, this cannot be guaranteed. In short, if acting on the advice given has a negative impact on your business, you do bear the sole liability.

• You will be assigned an appropriate adviser based on the information you have submitted.

• The adviser will contact you to arrange a meeting.

• The total amount of contact hours is estimated to be 3 hours a week or less. But it's really a matter for you and your respective adviser to work out.
